The United States Department of Treasury recently updated their guidance through its “Frequently Asked Questions” document to states, local governments, territorial governments, and Tribal governments. The updates covered uses for public jobs programs, additional guidance on the revenue loss calculation, clarification on covered cost period, additional guidance on eligibility of water, sewer, and broadband costs, and allowance of costs for consultants to assist with managing and administering the funds.
