Maryland Governor Larry Hogan released his final budget today for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2022 (FY 2023). His proposed budget comes at a time of unprecedented budget surpluses for the State of Maryland. The budget focuses on various tax relief measures, major investments in education and school construction, and adds to the State’s rainy day funds.
